I appreciated the central location, it provided easy access to major attractions. The garden patio offered a tranquil space for breakfast and evening relaxation. The staff were always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. They arranged my transportation to the airport smoothly.
The room size was smaller than expected, particularly the bathroom, made maneuvering a bit challenging. Storage for toiletries and luggage was limited, requiring creative organization. The lack of window screens resulted in insects entering the room when opened.

The room was small and the furniture was dated. It desperately needs an update. The bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. The noise from other rooms and the hallway was also a PROBLEM.

the location was acceptable, i'll give them that.
the room they gave me was hardly what i'd call spacious. the bathroom seemed like it was designed for dolls not actual people. and don't even get me started on the noise i could hear everything from the street below as if the windows were made of paper.

I appreciated the hotel's beautiful garden where i enjoyed breakfast. It was such a peaceful spot. the front desk staff provided really good service, specifically marco helped with dinner reservations. the room was clean. It also featured effective air conditioning, quite important.
The hallways were heated even with moderate outdoor temperatures, it made my room uncomfortably warm. A fan was provided, but it did not adequately address the heat.

Charming Hotel with Excellent Service

The garden was a highlight. I enjoyed having breakfast there each morning. The staff was helpful making dinner reservations. The location was also excellent. I could easily walk to many attractions. My room was well serviced and elegantly furnished.
The hallways were being heated. I requested to change the temperature. The hot air came in from the hallway through old doors with poor insulation.

I appreciated the central location. It was minutes away from everything. We had a family room with a queen, a double pull-out, and a single bed. The breakfast was wonderful. It got the day started well. The staff accommodated our early bag-drop.
The bathroom was tiny. The water took ages to heat up. There was a terrible sewage smell.
