the bathroom was quite disappointing. i observed limescale water marks all over the shower screen. additionally, the toilet flushing mechanism seemed faulty, requiring multiple attempts each time it was used. this issue needs addressing promptly as it is inconvenient.

Our room featured a cozy bath, PERFECT for a relaxing soak after a day of exploring. The staff responded quickly when we needed extra towels. They were ANGELS. I found on-site parking so useful. It saved us time and hassle.

I noted a VERY slight stain on one of the towels.

the staff were friendly upon my arrival, acceptable. the location seemed good.

The room was a letdown. I found cobwebs in the bedroom. the bathroom wasn't clean either. There was mold on the ceiling (i'm not even kidding) and hair left by the sink.

Great value stay!

The room had fresh towels and tea every day. The outdoor pool was a HUGE bonus. Staff asked if i was ok. The newly decorated room had a comfortable bed. It was easy to come and go, especially from the pool side of the hotel. The staff talked with me about things going on locally.

I found that the pillows were a little flat and old.
