AMAZING location near EVERYTHING!

Richard and Anna gave such a WARM welcome! They helped with every question i had and suggested an AMAZING cafe close by. They even helped with my luggage, because my room stood on the first floor. The room was CLEAN and all amenities stood available.
The mobile data coverage was sporadic at times. I noticed some difficulty when i tried to stream videos.

The hotel is only five minutes walking distance from the train station. The building stands right in front of the beach. I could easily access restaurants and attractions nearby.

The staff assisted with luggage before and after check-in and out. THAT was a plus! The staff provided quick assistance with inquiries and directions. Their hospitality.

There are NO breakfast facilities on-site, but many dining choices can be found nearby. This made it easy to explore local cuisine. I definitely didn't go hungry!

The hotel provides a FREE pool table . Beds stood comfortable, and each room has a refrigerator. The sea view from my room was magnificent!!

room 14 was situated top of the building, i liked the view it had. an en suite bathroom added to the convenience. i found the room a suitable size for two people. the bay window seating was definitely a plus.
the lights weren't on when i was getting into the room for the first time, and i had some trouble with the stairs.

the hosts, richard and anna, gave a warm welcome as soon as i arrived. they helped me with questions i had and suggested a nice cafe nearby. they even assisted with my luggage, given the room was on the first floor.

the location was convenient, a short walk from both the train station and the beach. the room was clean, it also included basic facilities.
getting into the room was difficult initially, i found the stairs and area just outside the room were dark. the bathroom was small, the sink made using the toilet awkward.

amazing getaway by the sea

location amazed me, it's a stone's throw from both the train station and the glorious beach! rooms were immaculate, so cleaning standard is high. hosts were friendly, they provided great support for mini fridge access. i definitely will stay again, especially given that they have such kind hosts.
i had difficulty when i get in the room the first time because of light issues. stair lights were off so walking up was dark. it's important to ensure all lights are functional for easy access.

hotel's location is fabulous and spot on near dreamland. proximity to the train station made arrival easy, it's super convenient. it is opposite the beach, i found this very enjoyable during my vacation.

while the hotel itself does not have dining facilities, it is near many options. seafront restaurants and shops offer a variety of choices for meals. access is easy, you won't have difficulty finding places to dine.

Really good stay with a view
welcome trayperfect locationfriendly host
The room had a nice welcome tray with coffee and tea. The location was perfect, with reasonable nearby parking. I found the host very friendly, knowledgeable, and warm when I arrived. I felt so welcome.
The bathroom was a bit small. The sink was partially in the way of using the toilet.

Nearby parking was available at a reasonable rate, allowing me to easily park my vehicle. The hotel is conveniently located, near many attractions. This made exploring the area very easy for me.

noisy bedflapping tarpaulins
The hotel thinks it is acceptable to not fix a noisy bed. Every time I moved, the noise woke me up. I did find tarpaulins on scaffolding. They kept flapping all night. The 'beautiful' room? Very, very basic, and it cost £145. What a steal!
