Excellent stay near the Cathedral
attentive staffrooftop pool
I enjoyed the nightly wine tastings. The staff were very attentive and eager to assist with anything I needed. The location is great. It is in the middle of the Gothic area. The rooftop pool was an added bonus.

the location was really good and allowed simple exploration. i easily found the cathedral just around a corner. the staff presented warm smiles. breakfast included many available options, what i liked most.
the air conditioning does make some noises, disturbing the silence occasionally.

The location was across from the cathedral. This made it very easy to get around. The reception team was very accommodating and always ready to help.
The room design seemed a bit old fashioned to me. Also the cleaning was not always perfect I think improvements can be made

Absolutely Amazing Stay!

The location was excellent, close to major tourist spots.. A big plus was the rooftop pool. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. We loved the free glass of wine and cheese, a nice touch after sightseeing. The air conditioning was so cool and quiet!
The replacement of used towels was inconsistent. They were taken, but replacements weren't always provided. It was a minor inconvenience, but a detail that stood out .
