The metro station was conveniently located right outside the hotel. This made it easy to get around. My room was also very modern and clean. I appreciated the variety offered at breakfast. There were many delicious options.
The room got quite warm, and the air conditioning did not seem to cool it down much. I found that the staff was not very friendly. the room doors seemed thin. I could hear noise from the hallway.

breakfast offered plentiful choices. i found the staff very friendly and helpful. they readily provided information on local tourist spots. the minibar included complimentary water and juice, restocked daily. i appreciated this thoughtful touch .
my room lacked sufficient space for clothing storage. there was no wardrobe or adequate drawers. this made organizing belongings difficult for longer stays.

The complimentary mini fridge was a delight. it was restocked daily with drinks i liked. i found coffee with ceramic cups and glass cups. A lovely touch. the location was great, it was very close to the metro. i also found luggage holding very friendly and efficient.
the room doors close loudly. you can hear people coming in late at night.

The room cleaning service was not satisfactory. The room still needed more thorough cleaning post-service. also, upon arrival, the sheets were not clean.

The staff was friendly! the breakfast buffet had many options. the room was clean. the bar offered delicious passion fruit mojitos. I kept ordering them, the staff was very cute. the check-in was easy.
i felt the beds were a bit thin and lacked a luxury element. it made getting a car very difficult. overall, it's okay. but it is not worth the price for the location and what you get.
