the staff were very cute. the location of the hotel was central and close to different amenities. breakfast offered a great selection with something for everyone. it was easy to walk to most places of interest.
the room was a little cramped. the view from the window faced a wall, which wasn't great. i also found a dead cockroach in the fridge, a huge turn-off. there was also a lack of hot water one day.

slick shower floorexcessive water leakage
The room felt somewhat neglected. The shower floor was especially slick. It seemed designed solely for wheelchair use. Balancing while showering became difficult and somewhat dangerous. water heavily leaked onto the bathroom floor despite our efforts to contain it with towels it was not a pleasant experience

I appreciated the friendly and helpful check-in process. The staff gave me excellent information. The room was comfortable and the bathroom included a lot of toiletries plus huge towels. I loved the hotel location, close to the metro station and within walking distance to many sites.

some issues
faulty air conditioningshower design
i found our room had a few problems. the air conditioning barely worked. it was difficult to get comfortable at night. the shower was also strangely designed with a very small glass partition. water splashed all over the bathroom floor. it was a bit disappointing for the price we paid.

the breakfast buffet featured many choices, including fresh fruit and pastries. i found the staff cute and professional, especially during check-in. the hotel offers a secret garden, a unique feature that provided a relaxed setting , very different from typical city hotels.
i noticed some lighting issues in the room and a small leak in the bathroom .
