The room service was excellent. the breakfast was delicious. It made our mornings so joyful. the hotel staff were kind.
the floor tiles seemed a bit old in places. i noticed a slight moisture smell in one of the rooms, it was faint. there was a power outage .

The hotel restaurant provided an excellent menu (i loved the seafood!). the hotel offered direct beach access. I spent most of my days relaxing near the ocean.

The location was very nice with the restaurant overlooking the beach, i enjoyed the lush gardens i walked through to reach it. The room was comfortable and the service was excellent. my son especially liked the gym and we enjoyed treatments at the spa, a short walk away. It was an excellent experience. i recommend it.
the breakfast options for vegetarians are limited, it is a minor issue though.

The beautiful room included a comfortable king-sized bed, air conditioning, and a television with international channels. The bathroom had a rainfall shower, and complimentary toiletries were provided, i thought it was a good room. the room was cleaned daily.

The staff was helpful and responsive to requests. The front desk offers 24-hour service, and the restaurant staff was always attentive. the housekeeping service maintained the rooms well and provided fresh linens daily, which i liked.
