The team upgraded my room to the 1 King Bed Ocean View Executive Lounge Access Beach Suite. Janvi from guest relations ensured all arrangements went smoothly. The Lotus Cafe team greeted and attended us very well. The team definitely.
I found the Bombay Baking Company outlet lacking professionalism and courtesy. A team member was inattentive and unprofessional. His behavior created a hostile atmosphere. I found this experience disappointing.

the room reeked slightly it smelled stale i noticed some mold around the window frame a minor issue but noticeable the beach looked nice the water close to the city was brown-gray not very inviting for a swim

The staff was very attentive, and I felt well-cared for throughout my visit. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, something I really appreciated. The pool area was clean and well-kept, it was a pleasure to relax there. The location is convenient with easy access to the beach.
The gym equipment is somewhat dated.

The room included a king size bed, desk, and seating area, also it had a large window overlooking the city. It also contained a well-stocked minibar and a spacious wardrobe.

The concierge service helped me with local transportation and restaurant reservations. Housekeeping provided daily turndown service, I really enjoyed it. The front desk staff were always available to answer questions, and they were very polite.

The hotel featured a large outdoor swimming pool and a fitness center with cardio machines. The spa offered a range of treatments, this was wonderful. There was also a business center with computers and printers available.
