I found the hotel team particularly friendly. The food had much choice and tasted fresh. My room was very clean and located well. It had a large bed. I look forward to returning and greatly rate this hotel.

I faced a minor hiccup when the bathroom tap didn't work initially.

a mixed experience indeed

inconsistent prices poor transparency

my stay had some issues that need addressed. the buffet pricing lacked transparency, bothersome. i found it difficult to get clear pricing information before dining. this lack of transparency caused frustration, especially since i wanted to budget properly. i felt some improvements are necessary to the communication around pricing.
