solid beachfront stay

excellent doorman genuine care personalized service

The doorman was excellent. He assisted us when we needed to go to a doctor and showed compassion. he was there when we arrived and also checked on us throughout our stay. i really appreciated his genuine care and attentiveness. his presence added a sense of security and personalized service that stood out.

The restaurant was only inside and not inviting. the price-quality ratio was disappointing. I felt it was relatively expensive. there are better dining options around.

fantastic beachside stay

attentive staff restaurant service perfect location

i was very grateful for the attentiveness of the staff. the restaurant staff were friendly (i loved their smiles) and quick to assist. the hotel's location was perfect as i easily accessed the beach.

acceptable stay

nice looking pool amazing staff dirty room inadequate standards

i found the staff to be amazing, they greeted and helped out with everything. the hotel also has beautiful views and a nice looking pool.

The room we had was not clean. There was a dead cockroach in one corner. the room did not meet the standards i expected from a five-star hotel though.

The Super Beautiful Double Room Sea view had a balcony. It featured two chairs. The view overlooked the pool and the ocean. The room included a bathtub. The restaurant had good food! The pool was relaxing, the swimming pool has an access ramp for people with reduced mobility.

Some parts of the hotel looked a bit dated.

Acceptable Hotel with Minor Issues

convenient location beach access food variety small gym musty smell external noise

I appreciated the convenient location. It made getting around simple. The beach access was also quite nice. The variety of food options at the restaurants proved satisfactory.

The gym was smaller than I expected. It also lacked windows, feel stuffy. Our room had a musty smell, and the furniture seemed dated. The noise from outside was noticeable, especially the wild dogs barking at night.

Relaxing Beachfront Stay

great location clean room sea view

I was grateful for the great location on the beach. It was close to the airport, made my stopover convenient. I liked the big, clean, spacious room. I appreciated the sea view.

I had some issues with the restaurant service. It was hard to find someone to take our order quickly. The staff was not very communicative, unhelpful.
