rude memberdated decor

the check-in EXPERIENCE? what a disaster. a supremely UNPLEASANT staff member greeted me. the room's design seemed like a time warp. the air conditioning unit was an ancient, noisy beast i found it difficult to sleep at night.

the hotel architecture felt modern with comfortable spaces. our room had neat features with expected amenities. the food tasted fantastic, with consistent quality. every meal highlight authentic local flavors. the pools looked spacious, and attendants kept them super clean each morning.

the wifi signal wasn't very strong. i found it occasionally cut off when i watch a film.

breakfast provided buffet options and other meals featured a la carte. food displayed good presentation and ample flavors with satisfying portion size. seafood options included delicious selections daily.

the room was spacious and included two separate sinks. a rainfall shower head was installed. the view overlooked pool, beach and ocean. the bathroom had large mirrors with good lighting.

staff acted friendly. every staff member accommodated special requests. they showed great hospitality, especially to local guests. i got the impression staff was committed to guest needs.
