The location was amazing, right next to the beach. The food selection was excellent, even at the snack bar near the pool! I especially enjoyed the fresh grilled vegetables. The service was very nice. Staff were always ready to help with a smile.
The air conditioning did not seem to be working properly . The room sometimes had a slight sewage smell. It was reported daily but the problem persisted.

I stayed in a sea view club apartment. the rooms were spacious enough and clean. The air conditioning worked really well. i had direct access to the beach, so it was very convenient though it got a little crowded at times.
the evening entertainment had repetitive music each night.

The hotel offers four pools plus a splash area for kids. Dawid from reception provided a warm welcome with helpful information. The room was close to the beach and only a short walk away. The balcony was spacious with a sea view and a good rain shower.
Pillows were too soft causing neck pain after a couple of days. The kids splash pool required crossing the road from the main hotel. I had to constantly watch our kids toys because other children tried to take them. Parents did not supervise their children well at the pool.

The main restaurant gets busy at times, though it offers sufficient space. Themed restaurants were quieter, and the fresh food selection was nice. The hotel provided a good variety of food options available for both breakfast and dinner.

Fantastic Stay Near the Beach

I found the room very clean and spacious. The air conditioning worked perfectly. I liked having a small kitchen with a microwave and needed utensils. A special highlight was the multiple pools that provided different option for kids.
Finding a free sunbed around the pool during peak hours was sometimes difficult.

The breakfast buffet had many choices for everyone. I noticed thematic days with options such as Mexican and American food. The service was very attentive. The staff kept things clean.

The hotel is right next to the sea. The beach with fine sand is only 100 meters away. This is very convenient for families with children because the shore is shallow and safe.

the hotel had excellent access to the beach.
The room was a bit of a letdown. there was mold in the bathroom and the bed was really creaky. It seemed like it had seen better days. the housekeeping wasn't great either. I even spotted a dead bug under the bed that stayed there for days.

i liked the good food options. i appreciated the opportunity to eat at different restaurants for dinner. i enjoyed the clean beach and amazing sea view.
the pillows were too soft, causing neck pain after a few days. the kids slash pool was across the road, annoying. the menu was the same each day, so it was very limited and boring.
