i love that this hotel works with the grand cordelia kitty corner from here! i could just walk across for breakfast and their rooftop pool (the view is amazing!). my room was always super clean and it was such an easy walk to the beach. the location is super convenient to restaurants too!

the staff are very accommodating and quick to help. they helped me with excursions at good prices (which was great!). the hotel can also store luggage if you arrive early. they can arrange laundry services.

the views were beautiful!!! the bed was comfortable and the location was great, close to everything i needed. the staff arranged for our massages, which i greatly appreciated. the front desk staff was wonderful and provided an extra key.

i thought the swimming pool area was a disgrace.

i found the room spacious. the beautiful king room had a comfortable bed. i especially liked the walk-in shower (it was very convenient). the staff was helpful and friendly, ready to assist with any questions.

I noticed that the gym and breakfast area were located in a separate building. This required a short walk.

the gym was a joke (seriously, one 10kg dumbbell?). the pool area had only four sunbeds and no place to change if you were stuck in the other building. breakfast was consistently cold even when i showed up early, a real disappointment. also, housekeeping didn't seem to bother with changing sheets or mopping, just replacing towels. i found these details quite frustrating.

the hotel provided a really nice experience. the staff at the front desk were always polite and ready to help. the rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels provided, it was super clean. the location was convenient with just a short walk to the main beach.

i found the fridge in the room to be quite small, only fitting a few water bottles. i expected a slightly larger refrigerator for longer stays.
