superb service, prime location

prime location vegan options helpful reception

i found the location ideal, just across from the beach. the gym had sufficient equipment for my needs. the breakfast buffet had a wonderful selection, especially the vegan options it provided. i found the prompt service and helpful reception staff very useful .

i noticed some minor wear in the common areas. (it's easily overlooked, but i thought i'd mention it).

the bed IS comfortable. the sea view is amazing from the room. the staffs are super friendly and helpful all the time. the location is good, very close to the beach, easy to call grabs too.

the breakfast was okay but not GREAT. they have an espresso machine but you have to pay for a lotte if you want a lotte. this differs from nearby hotels.

unfair charge negative impression

the breakfast had plenty of choice.

I was charged for a laundry bag i never used. Their housekeeping didn't check properly. i had to pay quickly to catch my flight, i could not argue. it was like pressure for something i didn't use, and that gave me a very negative impression.

i really appreciated the complimentary bicycle rentals , they allowed me to explore the area at my own pace. the breakfast buffet had countless options , i enjoyed the variety. the location is prime , being just across from the beach is super.

amazing sea views and great location!

i had a really nice stay. my room had an amazing sea view, and i could easily walk to the beach. the hotel super nice team with arranging an early check-in. the location made it easy to get around using ride-sharing services too.

The water in the shower took a little while to get hot. I had to let it run for a few minutes, which seemed wasteful.

The breakfast buffet had many options, including both continental and vietnamese dishes. I found several dishes that were particularly flavorful. there were maybe one or two chicken dishes available too.

My room included soft pillows and clean sheets. The room was very clean. i booked a sea view room, and the view was amazing, especially at sunrise, and the room was very spacious.

The hotel has a well-equipped gym. I think i saw at least three treadmills available for use. the pool area had a great sea view, and the pool was nice and big so it never felt crowded.
