friendly staff helpful staff new celebration great view
the staff were friendly and helpful. they organised a new year celebration at their sister hotel. everyone went out of their way to accommodate my needs and ensure i was happy. the room had great views.
The temperature on the shower changed every minute. Sometimes cold or too hot.

The breakfast had a good selection. Including local and international food, like soup cereal pastries and fruit, it was very diverse and tasty. i enjoyed the variety. the food was very fresh, too.

the location was quiet, a bit away from the ancient town. however it was only a short grab ride away. the hotel also had shuttles twice a day from the hotel, very convenient. it was easy to access.

friendly staff relaxing pool breakfast choices
the staff were friendly and helpful. the pool was great, and i took advantage of it! breakfast offered many choices, from local dishes to western staples, all fresh and tasty. i had great tour bookings assistance.
The hotel's location was a bit further from the main attractions. Requiring transportation for most outings.
