the staff were friendly and helpful. they organised a new year celebration at their sister hotel. everyone went out of their way to accommodate my needs and ensure i was happy. the room had great views.
The temperature on the shower changed every minute. Sometimes cold or too hot.

The breakfast had a good selection. Including local and international food, like soup cereal pastries and fruit, it was very diverse and tasty. i enjoyed the variety. the food was very fresh, too.

the location was quiet, a bit away from the ancient town. however it was only a short grab ride away. the hotel also had shuttles twice a day from the hotel, very convenient. it was easy to access.

the staff were very attentive and helpful at all times. they were happy to answer my questions and to help me book tours. they also helped with transport to the airport! i really appreciate their kindness.
