Mixed Feelings Regarding Stay

unclear information extra charge

My stay had some issues. The gym access policy felt unreasonable. I think guests should not pay extra for steam room. The lack of clear information on this at check-in lead to frustration, it should be part of the all-inclusive experience. This oversight impacted my enjoyment a lot.

spacious gardens state of the art equipment

i stayed in a premium double or twin room. the spacious gardens extended directly to the beach this was very convenient. the gym had state of the art equipment i liked it.

some staff seemed impolite when i did not speak spanish to them.
