dated room wooden sink
the staff was friendly enough, i guess.
the room was pretty dated. i really hated that i had to step into the bath to shower. it was just inconvenient and felt unsafe, needing a real update to modern standards. also, the wooden sink surround looked super aged, it's time for marble tops, seriously.

the hotel staff was very helpful always. the rooms were very comfy and tidy and came with Rituals products. breakfast at the pool was good with a SEAVIEW. the staff helped a lot with local recommendations too.

breakfast included a wide array of choices like fresh fruit, cheeses, and pastries. they even had someone cooking omelettes to order so you could customize your breakfast. the staff provided wonderful coffee.

our junior suite had generous space INSIDE and a big outdoor patio. the views of the pool and sea were fine so we spent a lot of time out there. it felt very luxurious.

the sundeck was decent and was good. the hotel had a good discount for lack of full facilities so it reminded me of a fair deal. taxis waited outside the hotel.

the hotel is in a quiet part of the area so it was relaxing. i could easily walk to the main area along the beach in about 15 minutes. many restaurants exist nearby.

The location was very convenient, with puerto banús just a short walk away. the breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options each morning. i appreciated the room upgrade. It was amazing. i enjoyed the beach access directly from the hotel.
i noticed a slight delay in replenishing toiletries one day.
