poorly painted walls faulty window

The room i booked was a bit disappointing. the walls were painted poorly, and the general state of the room felt a bit worn. also, the window did not close properly, and that was not ideal at all. I expected better for the price i paid. this situation negatively affected my overall experience. It detracted from my relaxation and enjoyment, impacting what could have been a far more restful stay.

comfortable stay with amazing views

friendly staff buffet breakfast great location

the staff was friendly and helpful . i found a lovely buffet breakfast each morning. the location was great and i enjoyed the views. i noticed the hotel allows dogs in all areas, and there are great prices for them to stay (i didn't bring mine this time). the north beach is very clean and quiet, a short walk from the hotel. it is a steep walk back up, so i drove due to a disability.

i had some issues with parking on saturday afternoon. all the spaces were taken up by the hotel owners' friends. this left no parking for disabled guests. after paying for a permit, i could park outside.

the reception desk operates 24/7, providing constant assistance. the staff members were attentive and polite (especially keira). they worked diligently to ensure my stay was enjoyable and comfortable.
