The beach was quite disappointing. i saw homeless dogs running around, and vendors constantly approached me to sell items. i expected a cleaner, more private beach area for a hotel of this supposed caliber. also, the hotel seemed to lack enforcement regarding chair reservations. left their belongings on chairs all day without using them, frustrating.

the hotel grounds were well-kept. lush vegetation added to the tropical atmosphere. the outdoor spaces was like a dream. i appreciated the attentiveness of the staff. they surprised us with a little treat for our engagement anniversary. the breakfast offered ample choices and variety.

i found that there wasn't much going on in the evenings. the beach restaurant typically only had a few tables occupied after 9-10pm.

The beach was quite disappointing. it seemed narrow. Only a few rows of sunbeds were available. the water was not as clear as i expected, and i noticed some litter around the beach shower drain. i also found the beach service to be inconsistent, which affected my relaxation time. the lack of soundproofing in the rooms was quite disturbing. i could hear children playing and people walking. It made it hard to rest properly.

I encountered a few issues . the air conditioning unit leaked water in the bedroom, rather annoying. also, the front desk staff were not particularly helpful. They seemed rather indifferent to my inquiries. (i expected better service, honestly)

The room was very spacious with a huge king size bed. it included nespresso pods and a large balcony. i appreciated the powerful rail shower plus complimentary robes and slippers! the staff cleaned the room to a high standard. I definitely recommend upgrading to this room.

The pool towel policy was restrictive. Guests are limited to two towels. you must carry them to the pool or beach and back to your room or face consequences! we were refused fresh towels once. I consider this poor service.

Breakfast at the hotel was amazing. I suggest trying the french toast! it was a perfect blend of traditional thai breakfast items and european foods. i also found an abundance of fresh smoothies, fruits, and salads there.

I really liked the multiple pools. It has great access to the beach. the shops nearby were a nice touch. i found it easy to walk around to different places.

the selection at breakfast felt minimal to me, and refills were slow. i had to ask the staff several times. the cleanliness around the food stations also seemed subpar.

I was smitten. The hotel's design is captivating. The views of the ocean from the pools are beautiful. Lah at the poolside bar kept my drinks topped up, also gave me great conversation. The Level Lounge offered an really good experience. Kim, Zena, Keng, and Pink were attentive. Krod, with his humor. I'm so grateful for the hospitality.

The beach had some homeless dogs and vendors, which slightly detracted from the experience.
