wonderful resort with very nice service
spacious room beautiful design friendly staff excellent location
The room was spacious and had a beautiful design , i really appreciated this detail. the breakfast offered many choices , and i found something for every taste. the staff members were friendly and helpful . They always assisted with a smile. the location was excellent , it made enjoying the surroundings easy.
the buggy service had wait times that ranged from 5 to 18 minutes , i found this a little inconvenient due to the resort's size.

mr. chan , the assistant guest service manager , ensured our anniversary celebration was special. he addressed pre-arrival issues with professional , warm service that significantly improved our stay. i am grateful for his personal attention.

the resort is a bit secluded , taxi rides are necessary to reach chaweng and bo phut. these nearby locations offer beaches , restaurants , and shopping , providing good access to local attractions and experiences.

pool villa great privacy fantastic view excellent service
i stayed in the ultimate pool villa. it offered great privacy. the view from the pool was fantastic. the staff were cute and provided excellent service. dinner at pak thai restaurant was really good. our waitress ally was very kind and helpful.

the reception staff, especially erika, greeted guests with enthusiasm. she provided her personal phone number. this allowed guests to text her anytime for buggy service, which arrived within 5-10 minutes.

Absolutely fantastic experience!

I stayed in an Ultimate Pool Villa and I enjoyed the private pool and spacious terrace. The bedroom area could be separated via sliding doors and it created distinct spaces. The air conditioning was very efficient (which I really needed!). The Diptyque toiletries provided were good. essentials like toothbrushes were replenished daily. I was really happy!

The resort is situated on a hillside, offering sweeping ocean views and seclusion. Lush greenery surrounds it!).

The breakfast buffet included many Thai and international dishes. I enjoyed the evening meals at The Ranch, Pak Tai, and Baan Talat (the wagyu steak was the best!). The service at each restaurant was superb.
