the location was great, near bars. i found the restaurant accommodated my gluten intolerance (which was a relief). the beds included a curtain for privacy.

the location was alright, right ON a great part of town.
the reception staff act like they are doing ME a favor, especially on arrival. the pool was SO filthy. i NEVER saw anyone clean it, it was full of leaves and other floaty bits and the water looked murky.

The hotel had excellent facilities for socializing. The restaurant served plates directly to your spot on the private beach. I found the location convenient, with restaurants, spas, shops, and bars nearby. It was a short walk to central areas too.
My room balcony was tiny. It barely fit two people and only had one seat.

I adored the warm welcome from the reception staff. They were so attentive. the room was amazing, a real haven. activities helped guests connect, fabulous.

The location was central, near central festival samui. this meant a short walk to many attractions. the hotel was right on the beach. We chose it specifically for this reason. activities were numerous. The staff provided good support.
