the breakfast buffet had a good selection. all of the food was hot. the waitress staff seemed very attentive and family orientated (i thought this was nice). the hotel overall looked bright and lovely.
the old windows in my room were painted shut, apart from one. this one only opened about 4 inches. it was very hot and humid at night. (a fan didn't do much).

The location was very convenient, a short walk to the open air theatre. I received a parking disc for street parking since the hotel car park was full, a helpful solution. The staff were attentive to my allergy needs. The room was recently upgraded and clean.
The window in my room only opened slightly, which limited the ventilation. This made the room warmer than I would have liked, particularly during the night.

the location suited my needs well.
During check-in, i inquired about parking, but the receptionist informed me that since i had not pre-booked, a space was unavailable. i was told i should know for next time. additionally, the room's cleanliness was substandard. The window was so dirty i could barely see out.
