The staff greeted us warmly. I especially appreciated yusuf's assistance throughout my stay. daily cleaning services kept the room fresh. The housekeeping staff was very attentive. the location provided convenient access to many restaurants. Attractions were also easily reachable.

The hotel was a bit noisy. Sounds from the street were easily heard even with closed windows.

the staff was friendly. yusuf was helpful with a phone charger. the hotel was clean. (i think they pay attention to details).

i didn't like the noise. any cars racing were very audible. the windows seemed to offer little sound insulation. the bathroom design was not ideal. the wood seemed prone to absorbing water.
