A Truly Romantic Getaway

The staff was SOOO cute and friendly. The pictures do not do this beautiful place justice, wow. I especially enjoyed the chef, sharon, who prepared the best spaghetti for me every day. Valentines took really good care of me throughout my stay, which i appreciate VERY MUCH!!!
All inclusive isn't all-inclusive. One gets buffet access for meals only. Soft drinks aren't complimentary with breakfast, which i found a bit odd. There should be more clarity regarding the all-inclusive package.

The staff provided professional assistance, ensuring guests felt valued and welcomed, while attending to their needs. Esther Githae was helpful at check-in and demonstrated courtesy. Zacaria was number one and gave attention to everyone.

The food was AMAZING!!! Lunch was at its best. breakfast seemed repetitive with only a few options. The resort had well-trained staff. Giacomo Gaspari is a masterful chef, preparing excellent lunches and dinners.

The hotel offers an amazing beachfront location right on a beautiful beach. It is a 4-minute walk away from a worthy of respect 18-hole golf course. The beach also features security personnel who are nice and reassuring.

my stay i found the rooms was very clean. they had great service from the staff. the view of the indian ocean from my room was very nice, i could walked on the beach when the tide was low. it was a nice experience and i made some friends in the hotel, thanks to esther.
i waited a long time to get fried eggs during breakfast.

the buffet food was acceptable, i guess. the pork chops one night weren't terrible.
the staff were friendly, it's true. i would have liked a price reduction because of the inconvenience. my room felt dated, requiring requests for an iron and hairdryer despite the hotel's supposed 'five-star' status..

I found the room very clean after the refurbishment. the shower was the best, i really enjoyed it. i appreciated the comfortable bed and pillows. It. i also found a lot of storage space, very useful for keeping things organized.
during my stay, i noted that the breakfast buffet food became repetitive quickly.
