The resort has a beautifuly designed big hotel! The adult pool was separated from the children's pool. It was really peaceful and quite. The location was very good. The atmosphere was cute.
The Wi-Fi was very slow. The room phone had a poor connection. I also found that some staff were often unaware of daily plans. That was very frustrating! The buffet area got noisy between 7-10pm at dinner.

Security at the main gate gave a friendly welcome. The grounds are well maintained. The reception area offers very friendly greetings. I found the rooms very clean. Food was delicious and serving areas were well organized.
The location is far from the airport, requiring additional travel time.

i found the water parks and pools well-kept, with areas suitable for all ages. my children particularly enjoyed the water slides and splash zones. the lifeguards were attentive, so a safe environment was assured. the rooms were spacious and comfortable.
i noticed the housekeeping wasn't well done. a little polish on the cleaning would be appreciated. i think a deeper cleaning should be a priority .

The food was great and delicious at the buffet. the buffet offered many varieties. the service was smooth and the entrance to the restaurant was warm. Helda checked on us constantly. vanessa gave us a warm welcome at the reception.

the resort had great water spots and a variety of activities that kept children entertained throughout our stay. the water parks and pools are well-kept with areas suitable for all ages. my kids enjoyed the water slides and splash zones.
