The staff was amazing. They were always willing to go the extra mile to keep guests happy. The hotel is beautiful! It was clean, tidy, and neat. The pools were also clean and well maintained. I found the beds comfortable and slept well.

i found the buffet at breakfast to be good. the location overlooking the beach was also a plus. the view was quite nice.
the telephone in my room was out of order and remained unfixed. my room on the ground floor was noisy, i could hear people outside due to the uncovered window louvers.

the hotel has spacious grounds and lots of plants. three swimming pools exist. the beach area was tidy. security made leaving belongings on loungers safe. i liked the room's cleanliness. mosquito nets protected the beds, a kettle was available and tea and coffee was provided.

mixed feelings about this stay
unresolved bed issueworn out towels
i booked the most expensive villa. it was supposed to have three beds, but it only had two. the front desk kept saying they would fix it, but nothing happened after three hours. wifi did not reach our villa, and again, nothing was done. towels on the beach were old and worn out.
