The hotel's location is fantastic. It's right on the beach. the garden is beautiful and well maintained. i liked the pool for cooling off, it was a good size. the staff were also very helpful, especially alex. He made sure everything was perfect.
the lack of television in the rooms was unexpected. it would be a good addition.

I appreciated the family beach suite. It featured a large bedroom equipped with a double bed and two single beds, all under mosquito nets. an open-plan living area with a kitchen including a fridge was convenient. the well-kept rooms included shower towels and pool towels. The beds were made daily, with an evening turndown service that included bug spray. the pool area was nice and the gardens were tidy.

the hotel location provided private beach access with minimal seaweed. staff cleaned the room daily and sprayed for mosquitos each afternoon. breakfast included fresh choices and traditional british options.

the breakfast was fresh to order, toast, cereal, and muffins were available. the restaurant staff provided lovely service, and the manager was super accommodating. i appreciated the quiet area near my room where i could work on my computer.
the hotel could use a bit of updating.

aged facilities lacking maintenance
the facilities looked somewhat aged. maintenance seemed lacking both in the rooms and common areas. the pool also needed some attention. these issues affected the overall impression.
