mixed feelings about my stay
convenient locationsalty waterweak drinks
the hotel location was convenient as it was a short walk to the main strip.
i found some issues the water in the shower was salty it made showering unpleasant also the drinks at the pool bar seemed weak they lacked the expected strength and flavor it was disappointing because i was looking forward to enjoying some nice cocktails by the pool i hoped for better quality in these areas

The location was convenient, close to both the beach and the main street.
The shower flooded the entire bathroom because it was poorly designed. The water tasted salty both in the shower and from the tap (I assume this is typical for the island). The advertised ping pong table was not available. This was a big letdown because I had hoped to play daily.

the staff was friendly, i have to give them that. the location was also acceptable since it was near the main street.
my room was a superior double room, and it was far from superior. the air conditioning barely worked, so nights was uncomfortable. also, the safe cost extra and there was no laundry service available.

The hotel has good food with different choices. The facilities are well-kept, and the rooms are nice! The location is good for seeing different places around the area, and staff are helpful. Mary at reception was very kind. Bruna, Albana, and Amarillo provided excellent service in the restaurant. I really appreciated their help.
The shower did not work properly the entire week. I reported the issue, but it was not fixed. Parts were ordered, but the repair never happened. I had to use the small shower head on the hose.

The hotel features two swimming pools and a sunbathing area. Lifeguards are on duty during pool hours. The main pool offers plenty of loungers and sun umbrellas. The grounds are well cared for with garden areas.

The food was AMAZING!!! There was always a selection for everyone. The pool area was also always clean. The location is also great. The beach is only a short walk away.
The drinks from bottles were sometimes flat. People did not always put the lid back on. I also found that the air conditioning in the restaurant was not adequate. It was too hot for me.
