The food really let me down, it just didn't taste fresh. it seemed some dishes were reheated from the day before which wasn't great? also, i was very disappointed when a dead rat was found in one of the dining areas. the food hall felt more like a canteen. There was this unpleasant smell all the time. the bathroom door in the bedroom also had a noticeable gap. You could see someone using the toilet.
the hotel's location is good. it's close to the beach. the kids pool was fun for the children! the staff were friendly. they accommodated a late check-out request.
the food wasn't nice and it didn't seem fresh. it tasted like the food had been reused from the previous day. a dead rat was discovered in one of the eating areas. it was really disappointing.

the location was good with nearby shops.
i was disappointed that the room smelled strongly of sewage from the bathroom and it was unbearable. i reported it, someone came to put a solution in the drain, but the smell returned. we even moved rooms in the middle of the night!

I stayed in a superior room. the food was amazing!!! there were many different dishes every day. the beach was directly next to the hotel. It was beautiful.
The hotel's location is superb, providing immediate beach access. I found the food variety and quality to be very satisfying. I also thought the availability of travel cots was quite convenient for families with babies.
During my stay , I observed that the bathroom door had a significant gap , compromising privacy.
