my stay proved very satisfying the reception staff offered prompt assistance when required the location impressed me greatly i appreciated that it allowed convenient access to various points of interest. the hotel ensured meticulous cleanliness throughout all areas including the room i stayed in it felt consistently fresh and well maintained.

during my time there i noticed the absence of coffee facilities in the bedroom there was no kettle available for boiling water and no tumblers for drinks the provision of these amenities could greatly enhance the overall experience .

the location IS very central. i had easy access to many shops and restaurants. the breakfast offered a lot of variety and was always fresh. a good continental breakfast was included, which i really liked.

the door of the hotel closed fast on my arm. the reception staff did not offer any support after the incident. i think the door needs a sensor or a timer to avoid further accidents.
