Acceptable stay WITH some drawbacks

small elevator street noise

The elevator was REALLY small. It barely fit one person WITH a suitcase. The room lacked proper soundproofing. Street noise disrupted my sleep. The bathroom door actually jammed one night. Causing inconvenience since there wasn't 24-hour reception. Jean-Louis was helpful the next morning getting us a temporary room to use the bathroom.

friendly staff secure block working air conditioning

The staff was very friendly and professional. I appreciated the secure residential block the building is in. My corner terrace room (room 11) was a highlight for fresh air (it was great!) and for watching city life from above. The air conditioning worked well, so my stay was comfortable.

The lift is very small. It realistically fits one person and one bag.
