acceptable stay, minor issues

ideal location surrounding blocks early breakfast coffee pods loud hallways scrambled tv

the hotel's location proved ideal. multiple restaurants are within the surrounding blocks. breakfast started quite early, around 7am. this helped accommodate early departures.

the coffee machine wasn't stocked daily. i had only two coffee pods provided on the first day. cleaning staff were very loud in the hallways early in the morning. the television in my room displayed a scrambled picture for the entire week.

amazing location daily service friendly staff

EVERYONE was super nice! The breakfast had a good selection of pastries and fruit. I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the daily towel service. The location was amazing, close to many restaurants and shops!

The staff was very friendly and helpful . They offered assistance with luggage due to the broken lift! I appreciated their willingness to assist all the time.

My room included a coffee pod machine. Such a nice touch. A bottle of mineral water was provided upon arrival. A thoughtful gesture. The fridge in the room was very useful. Definitely something I used a lot.

The rooftop terrace offered fine views. Bruno, the barman, was very helpful with local tips. The local restaurants nearby had lovely food and an authentic atmosphere.

The lift was a little slow. It seemed like a vintage experience.

broken lift mediocre breakfast few tv channels

The location was good, near the historic center.

The lift was out of order, a real inconvenience. Breakfast was mediocre. The selection was limited. there were very few English TV news channels, not ideal.
