I found the staff to be super friendly and able to communicate well in English. The rooms were VERY clean, and I even stayed here in 2024! The pool was clean. Breakfast was delicious, and the free shuttle was convenient.
The hotel is somewhat far from downtown, but it is manageable if you are okay with a longer walk.

The staff members are helpful, particularly the reception. They assisted with directions. Early check-in and late check-out are possible upon request. The airport shuttle service is very punctual and reliable.
