The location was acceptable. It made getting around relatively easy.
Check-in was a disaster. i arrived, expecting a smooth process, but instead, i waited almost an hour. then, the room i got initially wasn't the room i booked. It lacked the view i paid for and the staff seemed uninterested in resolving it quickly. this created a very frustrating start to my visit and was not what i anticipated at all.

The pool area is undeniably beautiful. finding a seat or a sunbed was hard. i had to speak to three different staff members and a lifeguard before i received a towel, apply.

the breakfast area was sometimes BUSY, leading to longer wait times for a table.

Breakfast offered a nice buffet-style setup, though it could get busy. the beach bar offered really nice food for lunch. I especially liked the outdoor seating and chill vibes at praia, a MUST try. Waiters worked very hard.

Mr sumit, the head of rooms, demonstrated EXCELLENT availability. he seemed dedicated to guest satisfaction. The staff provided clean towels and cold flannels at the gym. I appreciated the added touch. i found the service at the beach to be good.
