mixed feelings about this stay
slow check-in incorrect room
The location was acceptable. It made getting around relatively easy.
Check-in was a disaster. i arrived, expecting a smooth process, but instead, i waited almost an hour. then, the room i got initially wasn't the room i booked. It lacked the view i paid for and the staff seemed uninterested in resolving it quickly. this created a very frustrating start to my visit and was not what i anticipated at all.

amazing cocktails beautiful view hard seat different staff
the beach club was very nice! amazing cocktails and food were available. i could enjoy a beautiful view to the marina.
The pool area is undeniably beautiful. finding a seat or a sunbed was hard. i had to speak to three different staff members and a lifeguard before i received a towel, apply.

nice stay attentive staff unique design party vibe
i found mr sumit to be very attentive. he was visible around the hotel early and late. the hotel design felt unique.
the breakfast area was sometimes BUSY, leading to longer wait times for a table.

Breakfast offered a nice buffet-style setup, though it could get busy. the beach bar offered really nice food for lunch. I especially liked the outdoor seating and chill vibes at praia, a MUST try. Waiters worked very hard.

Mr sumit, the head of rooms, demonstrated EXCELLENT availability. he seemed dedicated to guest satisfaction. The staff provided clean towels and cold flannels at the gym. I appreciated the added touch. i found the service at the beach to be good.

The gym had sufficient cardio equipment including treadmills and bikes. the beach provided comfortable sunbeds. the adults-only pool offered a calm atmosphere. I enjoyed the variety of loungers available. The hotel features amazing restaurants.

i really liked the pool! the vibe was energetic because of the live music. the stylish crowd also enhanced the experience. food and cocktails were AMAZING!!! the pool is gorgeous too.

the beach bar service was acceptable. the amenities were ok.
