rude staff safety protocols
the location had access to a beach.
I found this hotel to be quite substandard. the front office staff was rude and failed to accommodate simple requests. we had difficulty even securing a late checkout, despite having booked multiple rooms as a large group. during a watersport activity, a child was injured, and the staff lacked proper safety protocols. They struggled to call an ambulance, which i had to arrange myself.

Fantastic Beachfront Getaway!!!

The hotel's location right on the sea was AMAZING!!! I could see turtles swimming. The sandy beach had plenty of sun loungers and towels, so that was convenient.

the hotel is right on the beach and it was awesome. i swam with turtles and this was a highlight. i found the place has a relaxing vibe and it's perfect for families.
