Surprisingly Charmed!

I found the staff to be friendly and cute. The shows were indeed great. I also noticed that the rooms were always clean. That's a plus. There was always something to do, and I had a wonderful experience.
The hotel didn't bring water to the room. I had to find it myself. That was a bit inconvenient.

The room was very nice, comfortable. I received an upgrade upon arrival. Everything I needed was promptly provided, including extra beds and blankets. That was great.

The location is excellent for fun. The beach is beautiful, with clear water perfect for swimming and tanning. There's also a lot of greenery, fun zones to relax and take pictures.

The facility is enormous with a huge swimming pool! There are pool parties, that's something. There is direct access to the beach, also a plus.

I found dedicated people to help book tours. The Japanese restaurant staff were very friendly. The check-in was super quick. Juliana from Brazil accompanied me and explained everything about the hotel, a really nice touch!

I really enjoyed the resort's location near the beach. The shows during the day provided great entertainment. I would come back for the excellent value.
I found that the resort shuttle service could use improvements. I had a difficult experience with it.

The resort provides access to many restaurants. Most offer excellent food. The staff showed accommodation by letting me stay past the official checkout time. Staying longer helped since my flight had a later departure.

Restaurants, pools, and bars are amazing. The resort offers delicious snack stations throughout the hotel. I ate from the buffet twice a day and enjoyed a lot. Food quality was high.

The rooms were nice and neat. The resort provides good basic amenities. Every room offers air conditioning for a COMFORTABLE stay. I had a pleasant experience with the accommodations.
