heated pools beach chairs excellent gym
The gym includes three treadmills. i noticed two stationary bikes. the pools are solar heated. It felt refreshing. the beach has palapas. we found sunbeds with two beach chairs.
The entertainment area was a little loud at times. Noise did echo between buildings.

decent stay with some issues
offensive statue inadequate hurricane communication
the beach access was convenient, and finding a chair was never a problem.
The lack of communication during the hurricane was concerning. We only received a letter to stay in our rooms, and the front desk was unresponsive. the statue outside the japanese restaurant was also offensive.

friendly team easy activity damp room intoxicating smell
I made bracelets with estrella. the whole activity team IS friendly and engaging. i enjoyed being included in the many activities. The activity group makes it easy to know what happened.
Our room was full of damp. my butler andreas tried to get rid of the smell with air freshener. the maintenance guy placed scented blocks under the sink to mask the smell. i did not have a good night sleep because of the intoxicating damp smell that was still lingering.
