the room was clean the bed was comfortable it made for a restful stay i appreciated the optional breakfast it offered a good variety of choices

Acceptable but Not Excellent Stay
cramped breakfast loud traffic
The breakfast setup felt cramped (there was a small kitchen area with lots of foot traffic) despite the food being good. the staff seemed friendly but not very polished. Our room faced the port and the traffic noise made it difficult to sleep well. I really needed a quiet night, so I was disappointed.

great location helpful staff small room humid room
The hotel had a great location near the port, i really appreciated that. the staff was friendly and very helpful. They answered all my questions patiently. It meant a lot to me.
The room i had was very small, it was a tight fit! the bathroom extractor fan didn't work. This made the room very humid. i found both of these issues annoying.

the location was excellent near the old port. the room decor felt tasteful. i appreciated the soundproofing given the busy streets nearby.

Fantastic stay in the heart of everything
helpful staff clean rooms homemade options free access
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. Breakfast was delicious (i really enjoyed the homemade options!). The hotel offers free gym access at a location only five minutes away.
The room was very quiet, but a bit dark.

The breakfast included fresh fruit, grilled vegetables, and cheese. The hotel's location allows easy access to many restaurants. A supermarket is conveniently located nearby for additional options.
Facilities
10/10
The hotel is near the main metro station and the starting point for many tours. The building is located about two blocks from the Vieux Port. I found its location very convenient (for getting around).
