easy accessheavy dustslipping shower head
The location was acceptable since it provided easy access to nearby attractions.
The room was not properly cleaned. I found quite a bit of dust and hair. The shower situation was also annoying, as the shower head mount did not hold its position very well. It kept slipping down. It was a constant battle to keep it in place!

Fantastic location and rooftop terrace!

great locationfriendly staffrooftop terraceevening views
This was my second visit, and the location near the port is superb. I found the staff to be very friendly! Alex, who manages the rooftop terrace, does a great job. I particularly enjoyed spending time up there in the evenings.
The room felt rather small and lacked bedside tables. There was also no proper seat available.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel offers a rooftop bar that provides a beautiful view over the town, a must-visit for cocktails and sunsets. I noticed it created a safe atmosphere.
Location
10/10
The location is ideal for tourists as it is near many attractions and the metro station. You will find it's only a few meters away. I felt the hotel was located in one of the best areas as all the shops and restaurants are nearby.
Service
9/10
The staff was wonderful and always happy to help, especially Hansen at reception! I was able to leave my bags at the hotel both before check-in and after check-out. It was a great convenience. The personnel spoke English very well.
