the staff was so friendly! they were cute and accommodating. the facilities and room were very comfortable. the hotel offered luxurious features.
i encountered difficulty getting to the hotel due to the streets not being updated. google maps led me through narrow, one-way streets. i likely won't return because of this adventure.

Finding the hotel was an adventure. I arrived on a Saturday during the market, and all entrances were blocked. The only way in involved driving against traffic.

Our room was large, quiet and very clean, located in the annex. A balcony overlooked the entrance and received the sun from after breakfast until sunset. The hotel is very close to the centre and walking distance to some fantastic restaurants. The hotel is close to the buses and the tram, useful for travel.

Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and very good coffee. Served in the courtyard, it was an wonderful experience. The hotel offered fresh orange juice and a varied, fresh food selection for all guests to savor. The bar is great. Danny in the bar and restaurant provides good humor, fun and efficient service.

The staff were friendly, cute and accommodating and this. I received a handmade packed lunch as I was leaving very early. I was greeted in reception at 6:30am with a cappuccino and my packed lunch ready to go. The staff is very helpful. They offered to help if we needed a doctor.
