my double room had ample storage space including a free safe i really liked that. the bathroom was a good size it featured everything i needed. daily cleaning services kept the room super clean i found it wonderful.
the corridors needed some tlc i noticed it.

Staff members were generally friendly and helpful with requests i had. the personnel always looked happy to assist visitors. This created a cute environment.

cheap drinks extra charges
The hotel location is decent because it is close to shops.
The all-inclusive drinks are cheap and disgusting. The whisky tasted strange, almost like paint thinner, and the lemonade seemed like syrup. I also had to pay extra for better drinks. This.

the breakfast buffet had great variety. the gym included a sauna and a steam room and i liked that i did not need a reservation. the food tasted perfect with lots of choices.
the reception staff did not seem friendly. i noticed a permanent drainage smell throughout the hotel. the whisky included in the all-inclusive package tasted quite bad.

The location was good , a short walk to the beach and the town center.
The food was often COLD. i found the lack of hot options at dinner quite disappointing and it affected my overall experience.

the room included a safe. it was easy to store valuables. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options. i especially liked the pastries. the location was very convenient to local shops and restaurants.
the gym was quite small.

fantastic stay!!!
friendly staff fresh food great choices
maria was very friendly. she organized music quizzes. she also did killer pool and aqua gym. the food was lovely. the restaurant served food quickly. the food was fresh and hot. all-inclusive guests had many choices. the restaurant staff were friendly. lydia always greeted us. she always had a chat.
the hotel is close to the beach and shops. the entertainment occurred every night. drinks were served until 12. the beer on tap was san miguel. cocktails were freshly made.
