fantastic holiday experience

the staff was very friendly. a beautiful view from the balcony was present (it was very nice). the beach was great and wild. it was easy to check in.

i stayed in a ground floor room that was next to the corner of the swimming pool. it was dark. it was noisy with kids jumping in right next to the room.

the location is great, close to bars, cafes, and restaurants! the staff is friendly and helpful. the rooms are big and i had great views. the air conditioning worked very well.

the pool area was a bit cramped. there were not enough sun beds, and the sun umbrellas were fixed in place.

this hotel boasts an unbeatable location near to a lot of amenities. i saw numerous shops, supermarkets, pubs, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. the fine costa de la calma beach, is also a short distance away.

The room we had faced the car park, requiring a fee to upgrade. the hotel charges fees for using the iron. drinks were not included with dinner. Even water required an extra charge.

I was disappointed with our room. It felt quite dated, and the furniture looked worn. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable, and I could hear noise from other rooms. The walls seemed thin.

the hotel pool was a delight. it had sparkling water and inviting loungers. i enjoyed the convenient location, close to shops and the beach. the staff were always friendly. i found the sea view divine, a perfect start to each day.

i notice a very slight musty scent in the hallway. it disappeared quickly and didn't affect my room.

Fantastic Stay with Excellent Sea Views

The room had everything we needed. We requested a room on a higher floor for a nice view and we got it. I was super thrilled with that. The food in the hotel was lovely. There was lots to choose from with something for everyone. I would definitely recommend it and would come back for another chilled out holiday.

The hotel could use some modernization. It is dated. There wasn't a plug socket on the kitchen side for the kettle. The shower head was loose and fell off when we turned the water off, hitting my daughter.

The food offered plenty of choice for everyone. It ensures no one goes hungry. Breakfast service runs until late. Dinner begins at 7 pm sharp each evening.
