the staff were friendly and helpful . the hotel offered many activities , i enjoyed the evening entertainment. i found the food selection good with varied options available at the buffet restaurant. i liked that self-service drinks were accessible and convenient.

i noticed there was limited information in the rooms , it could be helpful to have clearer details about the entertainment schedule.

The hotel location IS great! It is close to the beach. The pools are BIG and heated. I enjoyed the morning water exercise.

I found that the main restaurant seating is mostly for 4 or 6 people. Sharing a table is likely. The waitresses and bar staff seemed unhappy. The main entertainment area is open to the elements on one side. It was cold .

I LOVED the hotel location near the beach. There were many palms and green grass. HUGE, heated pools offered a LOT of entertainment for children and adults! Morning water exercises in the pool were SOOO enjoyable. The service was great. Prices were affordable.

The hotel is easy to navigate , as everything is in the heart of the main building. this makes it simple to find my way around. i booked a shower room for a late flight . I got a private room for half an hour , which allowed me to freshen up before heading home.

the beach near the hotel was quite rocky. this made it less comfortable to walk on. i wish i had known this before , as i would have brought different shoes.
