Excellent Seaside Stay

I enjoyed the excellent location next to the mall and the train station. The position was ideal. The room had a AMAZING sea view from a high floor. it was very clean and quiet. Housekeeping provided excellent service, keeping everything super clean.

The bathtub mixer did not work well, but it was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel features convenient parking, important when travelling. The included breakfast provided various options, including an excellent Italian-brand coffee. There is also direct access to the beach and the seaside promenade, perfect for a walk.

The location is superb, placing guests in the heart of the city, near the seaside promenade. Tanger City Mall is on the same street, offering easy access to shopping. The train station is also very close to the building.

The room included a comfortable bed and was impeccably clean upon arrival, which i really liked. It featured a decent size, offering enough space for luggage and relaxation. A good view complemented these amenities.

the self-service laundry was out of order, inconvenient. also, i was assigned a smoking room without being asked about my preference. to make matters worse, the staff didn't seem too interested in resolving these issues (maybe they were just having a bad day?).

The location is near the train station. A shopping mall with a grocery store is next door. I found a good cafe across the street, and McDonald's is nearby too. The new oceanfront esplanade is conveniently across the street. The staff are very gentle..

I had to wait 10 minutes. The room was meant for three people with a couch turned into a bed. I clearly booked it for two people.

The breakfast was acceptable.

The AC did not work in my room. I asked multiple times for someone to fix it, but nothing happened. I was disappointed that the hotel does not have a swimming pool.
