Excellent Seaside Stay
excellent location clean room great service
I enjoyed the excellent location next to the mall and the train station. The position was ideal. The room had a AMAZING sea view from a high floor. it was very clean and quiet. Housekeeping provided excellent service, keeping everything super clean.
The bathtub mixer did not work well, but it was a minor inconvenience.
Facilities

The hotel features convenient parking, important when travelling. The included breakfast provided various options, including an excellent Italian-brand coffee. There is also direct access to the beach and the seaside promenade, perfect for a walk.
Location

The location is superb, placing guests in the heart of the city, near the seaside promenade. Tanger City Mall is on the same street, offering easy access to shopping. The train station is also very close to the building.

The room included a comfortable bed and was impeccably clean upon arrival, which i really liked. It featured a decent size, offering enough space for luggage and relaxation. A good view complemented these amenities.

laundry breakdown smoking room
the self-service laundry was out of order, inconvenient. also, i was assigned a smoking room without being asked about my preference. to make matters worse, the staff didn't seem too interested in resolving these issues (maybe they were just having a bad day?).

Excellent location, great service
convenient location oceanfront esplanade pleasant staff
The location is near the train station. A shopping mall with a grocery store is next door. I found a good cafe across the street, and McDonald's is nearby too. The new oceanfront esplanade is conveniently across the street. The staff are very gentle..
The elevator took a long time. I had to wait 10 minutes. The room was meant for three people with a couch turned into a bed. I clearly booked it for two people.

Staff members were cute and helpful. They are a credit to this hotel, as their professionalism was evident in every interaction.. They seemed always available to help with any requests.

Breakfast offered a wide variety. The buffet included fresh and high-quality options each morning. I noticed staff was bringing special food requests to customer seats, showing great care.

The hotel is modern and super clean. It has easy access to food and groceries with the nearby mall. There is also a bank next door for money exchange needs, useful.

friendly staff convenient location roomy room broken ac room service swimming pool
the staff were friendly and helpful. i found the location very convenient to the train station. my room was comfortable and quite roomy.
the ac in my room was not working. i asked room service to fix it several times , but nobody helped me. also , the hotel does not have a swimming pool.

broken ac missing swimming pool
The breakfast was acceptable.
The AC did not work in my room. I asked multiple times for someone to fix it, but nothing happened. I was disappointed that the hotel does not have a swimming pool.
