beautiful beach helpful staff old screen dirty screen

the location was great with a beautiful beach at my doorstep. staff were very helpful. it was really pleasant to be upgraded to a superior one bedroom garden view apartment on this visit.

The room was ok but it needed updating. the shower screen was old and dirty. I couldn't see through it. there was no water in the fridge.

large fridge great snack friendly staff

i found the room really nice and it had extra sleeping space we needed. there was a large fridge and a kettle and toaster. an iron if we needed. the staff we spoke to were great. the entertainment team, nirma and daniela, where very special.

i found that some pathways are a bit uneven, so care needs to be taken at night.

i bought a day pass, i found the breakfast buffet fantastic. there was a great pool with poolside entertainment. the evening buffet was great too and it offered plenty of choice for food and drink throughout day.

the hotel had a great location and loads to do. it was great for kids and my son enjoyed the kids activities with boris, nirma and leyana. there was a beach close by and the pools were great.

the room was fabulous, it had air con, adequate bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils. toiletries supplied. the room was cleaned daily and our housekeeper was polite and friendly. i felt very relaxed there.

Amazing Dance Shows!

energetic dancer inclusive entertainment team good entertainment

The dancers were super energetic and talented. I enjoyed the salsa class they offered and the instructors Nirma and Leyanne were very good at entertainment. The entertainment team invited everyone to join in the final dance, and it felt very inclusive.

The hotel staff did not change our towels one day.

Facilities

The main pool had one toilet, though the lock broke and I had to report it several times. Access to the beach involved a bit of a walk. The gym were closed because of an Erasmus group.

I ate at Mandarin restaurant. The food tasted amazing! The server Sandeep were really good. They give you the chance to have dinner at the restaurants.
