adequate stay, slight disappointment
satisfactory locationunfavorable reception
the hotel location near the marina proved satisfactory.
The reception staff were not particularly accommodating. A request for a slightly later checkout was denied, although our room remained unoccupied for a significant time afterwards. this left a rather unfavorable impression. i think small considerations matter to families on vacation.

the reception staff was really helpful and polite.
I was so frustrated when i found out our room had a terrible view. I mean, it was facing a wall! i specifically asked for a room with a better outlook when i booked. this was just unacceptable and really soured the whole experience.

lackluster stay near the marina.
cheap ingredientsineffective air conditioning
I was really looking forward to this trip. But it missed the mark. the breakfast quality was pretty low, with what seemed like the cheapest ingredients available. it really reminded me of they were cutting corners. also, the air conditioning was just... there. it barely made a dent in the room temperature. Plus the bathroom had no ac at all.

I found the location excellent. The marina was easily accessible. the breakfast offered plenty of choices which was great. the staff were very friendly and cute. i appreciated the complimentary drinks in the fridge upon arrival. It was a nice touch.
I noticed additional charges for parking. I think this amenity should be included. i ended up using a nearby car park which cost less. it would be great to have free parking on site.

The breakfast service had a great variety. I noticed many options were available. i saw that the restaurant provided a vast and tasty selection, showing attention to food quality. the desserts seemed amazing too.

i saw that the pool area featured plenty of sunbeds . the hotel had a smaller pool, yet you could swim across it easily. complimentary pool towels were also available, which i found convenient.

My room included a large tv, providing entertainment options. the bathroom was fully stocked with toiletries. It ensured a comfortable experience. coffee and tea making facilities were also available in the room.

The reception staff were friendly. the restaurant and bar staff were excellent, always helpful and efficient. i really appreciated the warmth and diligence demonstrated by the personnel.
