the breakfast was good. i enjoyed my stay at the hotel. checking in was easy and very quick. the porter helped us to our room.
i booked all inclusive but it seems this is one of those hotels that are not really all inclusive. i had to queue in a line within a roped area at the bar. service here in general is terrible.

The hotel grounds were well kept and provided a pleasant environment. The gardens looked beautiful.
I booked an all-inclusive package, but it felt limiting. The bar service was slow, and all-inclusive guests seemed to get lower priority. It was hard to get a drink, and I often had to wait a long time (it was a bit frustrating).

the rooms are excellent! my junior suite was spacious and clean. i found british and spanish plugs, convenient. the bottle of prosecco on ice was a good touch on arrival! i appreciated the daily delivery of two water bottles, chocolates, and the daily mail.
breakfast got really busy at times, it was difficult to find a table sometimes or a tea pot. it didn't stop me from enjoying my holiday.
