extensive buffet amazing pool

The food selection at the buffet was extensive. The dishes included many vegetarian options. It really was top notch. The staff was also fantastic and always ready to assist. The pool area was amazing and it gave easy access to the beach.

I noticed a slight delay once when requesting a drink at the bar.

good quality food large variety

The refurbishment was excellent and definitely made it look more five star. The breakfast had very good quality food, and there was a large variety. I found lunch and dinner well-prepared and also of good quality.

The common areas had multiple beautiful lounges! all were decorated with amazing statues. the entrance was grand. I enjoyed the quick check-in.

excellent hotel and great food

friendly receptionist great variety

mrs. zineb, the receptionist, was very friendly. the staff were cute and always smiling and polite. food was really good and offered a lot of variety.

i did notice some guests reserved sunbeds by the pool very early. getting up at 6 am to get a sunbed does not feel like a vacation. i think this should be addressed.

the pool area includes many sunbeds and umbrellas. there is a dedicated area for children with shallow water. the hotel also features a gym with treadmills, stationary bikes, and weight machines.

the reception desk is staffed 24-hours. staff are generally attentive and accommodating to requests. there is daily cleaning of the rooms, and the mini bar is restocked regularly with drinks and snacks.

amazing holiday experience!

attentive staff lovely plants good facilities

I found the staff attentive and the new look is very good after the refit. Some edges are rough, but it is generally great. the hotel has lovely plants and greenery everywhere and the beach looked nice. the pools and facilities are really good, and i enjoyed my stay.

the room was spacious and the balcony amazing. it included a comfortable bed, a seating area, and a well-equipped bathroom. amenities were regularly replenished, and the room was kept very clean.

The food was plentiful and good, with lots of choices in the main buffet restaurant and the three speciality restaurants. The cool ocean breeze and fusion culture make the holiday enjoyable. cocktails were not watered down like i have experienced.
