the breakfast was tasty and it included a varied selection. the room was quiet and at the back of the hotel. the underground parking was especially helpful.

clean hotel modern design helpful team
I found the hotel very clean and modern. the location is convenient halfway between the airport and the city. the staff provided a warm welcome. I appreciated their friendliness. (belen, jorge, and oscar were particularly helpful.)
The windows didn't open much. The room felt stuffy. i would have liked more ventilation.

decent stay near the airport
convenient location clean room working air conditioning faulty television short curtain water spillage
i found the location quite convenient. it was close to the metro. the room was clean. (i especially liked the wide corridors outside the room). the air conditioning worked well, important for a comfortable stay.
i encountered a couple of issues. the television in the room did not work. i asked for new batteries, and even replaced them myself, but the tv still wouldn't turn on. the shower curtain was too short. water went everywhere, so i had to mop it up with towels. this was not ideal.
