The walls seemed awfully thin. I could hear every conversation from the room next door, which wasn't exactly peaceful. the minibar was empty. What is the point of even having a minibar if it contains nothing? I found that strange.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Dulce particularly. the location is superb. Exploring the area on foot was easy. many nice eateries are nearby. the room was comfortable and quiet, a bonus i appreciated.

The pillows were subpar. Usb lighting charges were needed.

The staff was always smiling. They are very friendly. the hotel provided a picnic breakfast on a day i had to leave before the normal breakfast hours. the attentiveness greatly enhanced my stay, it felt very personalized.

The room had a really big comfortable bed with super soft sheets, i enjoyed it. the walk-in rain shower was great. the superior double room was nicely decorated. The ambiance suited me.

Breakfast was delicious, i definitely enjoyed it. i particularly loved my made-to-order pancakes. the fresh fruit was very good. the breakfast service was very attentive. The personnel was very helpful.

The staff showed true kindness and genuine warmth. Their attentiveness created a nice experience for me. The room was spacious and very clean. Its fresh linens and soft towels were comforting. The hotel's excellent location made exploration easy.
